Camp Kalahari is the epitome of simple, understated style. This beautifully appointed tented camp, set amongst waving palms and acacia trees, is the perfect base to explore and discover the magic of the surreal Makgadikgadi Salt Pans.
Camp Kalahari is just one of three camps situated within a one million-acre private wildlife. It is located on Brown Hyena Island, bordering the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans and adjacent to the Makgadikgadi-Nxai Pans National Park. Its location lends itself perfectly to those seeking a true African safari combined with exhilarating adventure activities like horseback riding or quad bike expeditions across the otherworldly landscape.
The camp is exclusive and intimate with just 12 Meru-style tents designed in the traditional safari style of bygone explorers. The camp is great for families with a dedicated family suite and a fence around the camp to prevent any wandering wildlife from entering.
