About this trip

In celebration of the magnificent African elephant, our 13-day Elephant Safari in South Africa, Victoria Falls and Botswana take you on a journey to connect with the gentle giants of Africa in three bucket-list destinations in Southern-Africa. This itinerary has been crafted for travelers with a keen interest in learning more about the nature of elephants in their natural habitat, while simultaneously leaving a positive legacy for Africa’s elephants. Your trip starts with an elephant safari in South Africa where you will meet the elephants of Addo National Park and later, the Jabulani Herd in the Greater Kruger National Park. Here, you will partake in the Jabulani Elephant Experience, a conservation-driven program that involves active research, observation and tracking the herd on foot. Your journey continues in Victoria Falls where you will participate in a unique art class with a view of your subject – a herd of elephants at the watering hole! Last, but not least, you will venture to the Okavango Delta for a Botswana elephant safari alongside Living with Elephants Foundation at Sanctuary Baines Camp. The highlight of your stay will be having the opportunity to walk alongside elephants – an intimate and educational bush walk led by expert guides who will teach you more about the status of the African elephant, their role in the ecosystem and the importance of elephant conservation.
