Enjoy a world class breakfast with incredible ocean views before meeting your dedicated guide for the day. You will be transferred to Cape Town on a short scenic drive along the Atlantic Seaboard. Explore the city on a prearranged schedule or at your own pace as you learn about the deep and rich history of Cape Town and South Africa. Depending on your interest, your guide will ensure that you have the best possible experience for your first exciting day in the Mother City. Expect incredible views, authentic cuisine and a vibrant culture.

Your final day in Cape Town is there for you to make of what you prefer. Our travel experts will work closely with you to match up your personal preferences with the possible activities in and around Cape Town for this day as well as be on hand to provide you with inside tips on the best spots to visit during the course of the day.

Transfer to Kapama Game Reserve

Check-in Jabulani Safari

Once you’ve concluded your stay at Tintswalo Atlantic you will be road transferred to Cape Town International Airport where you will depart on a flight to Hoedspruit’s Eastgate Airport. You will then be road transferred to Jabulani Safari. Price of flight is excluded.

Jabulani is a five-star Relais & Chateaux accredited luxury lodge situated in Kapama Private Game Reserve. Famous for elephant safaris and incredible wildlife encounters, Camp Jabulani is the perfect introduction to your safari adventure. With only 6 suites accommodating 12 guests this this is the place to come if you’re looking to escape the worries of your office walls.

Daily game drives, guided walks and world class cuisine are a few of the things that make a stay at Jabulani Safari extraordinary. On your first evening in Kapama Private Game Reserve you will experience a boma dinner under the stars and feast on dishes curated by the Kapama chefs.

Along with your twice daily game drives you can decide from a variety of activities to partake in during your stay at Jabulani Safari. For the adventurous at heart, a guided bush walk is highly recommended. If you want to take to the sky, a hot-air balloon safari or scenic helicopter flight are also at your disposal. Transfer to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe

Check-in Victoria Falls River Lodge

As you round off your first week in Africa with another world-class breakfast, you will be transferred to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport which is 2.5 hours away by road. Check in for your direct flight to Victoria Falls International Airport – flight usually at 12h45.. It is here that you will meet your Victoria Falls River Lodge representative who will drive you directly to the lodge.

Victoria Falls River Lodge is situated close to the Falls, with easy access to both the Falls and the Victoria Falls Town (where many excursions and activities begin). This tented lodge is the perfect combination of comfort and wild, with private decks and private plunge pools from which you can view the river’s game and birdlife.

Experiences in the area include game drives, bird watching, river cruises, canoe safaris, bungee jumping, king swings, helicopter flights, river rafting, zip lining and walking safaris.

Where you’ll stay: Victoria Falls River Lodge

Victoria Falls

Helicopter flight over the falls

Day eight brings you to one of our favourite experiences in Victoria Falls – a helicopter flight over The Falls. The specially designed helicopters with “Bubbly-shaped” windows will ensure panoramic views of Victoria Falls and incredible photographic opportunities. We highly recommend taking the extended flight route which will take you over the Batoka Gorges and the Zambezi National Park as well as the Victoria Falls.

Travel from here back to your Lodge from where you can relax for the rest of the day or allow one of our Adventurists to recommend other potential excursions that would work well for this location and the time left in the day.

Victoria Falls River Lodge is situated close to the Falls, with easy access to both the Falls and Victoria Falls Town. The tented suites offers private decks and private plunge pools from which you can view the river’s wildlife.

After circling the Falls, the Flight of Angels returns to the airfield over the Islands and the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park.

Transfer to Chobe National Park

Check-in Ngoma Safari Lodge

This morning you will be driven across the border and into Botswana’s world renowned Chobe Forest Reserve. Ngoma Safari Lodge borders the Chobe National Park and offers spectacular views of the Chobe River and Caprivi floodplain. Each of the eight suites have private decks, plunge pools and an outdoor shower, should you wish to spend the day at leisure.

Other activities that will fill your 2 days at Ngoma Safari Lodge include river cruises, game drives, walking safaris and remote picnics.

Where you’ll stay: Ngoma Safari Lodge

Ngoma Safari Lodge borders the Chobe National Park and offers spectacular views of the Chobe River and Caprivi floodplain. Each of the eight suites have private decks, plunge pools and an outdoor shower, should you wish to spend the day at leisure.

Experiences:

Take to the water on a motorboat safari as your cruise along the Chobe River in search of big game and explore Chobe National Park by game vehicle while your expert guide tracks big game. Other activities include walking safaris, as well as remote picnics.

Day eleven – thirteen

Transfer to the Okavango Delta

Check-in Gomoti Plains Camp

This morning you will be driven to Kasane Airport for your onwards flight to local Airstrip at Gomoti Plains. On arrival you will be welcomed by the Gomoti Plains’ staff who will transfer you to your lodge for your last three nights of your Southern Africa Safari. Arrive at Okavango Delta.

Situated on the Gomoti river system you will find Gomoti Plains Camp. Consisting of 10 luxury tented suites built on wooden decks, this camp is sophisticated, yet contemporary. Expect phenomenal wildlife encounters and be on the lookout for the famous wild dog packs which inhibit the region.

Other activities that will fill your 3 days at Gomoti Plains Camp include mokoro safaris, twice daily game drives, walking safaris and motor boat safaris.

Where you’ll stay: Gomoti Plains Camp

Situated on the Gomoti river system you will find Gomoti Plains Camp. Consisting of 10 luxury tented suites built on wooden decks, this camp is sophisticated, yet contemporary.
